Alex hosted her first Skills and Drills Workshop in March of 2022, and it was her most successful and biggest group turnout yet. She decided she wanted to host it again, but make it even bigger and better this time.
This is the recording of the updated Skills and Drills Workshop.
This 2-part recording plus online course is for climbers who want to improve their climbing skills by using on-the-wall drills.
This time, instead of one 90-minute workshop, there will be TWO workshops and an associated online course.
The first recorded call is 90 minutes of skills and drills lecture and 30 minutes of Q&A.
The second call a week after the first was 60-90 minutes of Alex assessing skills and techniques of client videos live, plus a 30-minute Q&A.
You will also be given lifetime access to an online course where there will be 20+ videos with in-depth coverage of technique skill work, on-the-wall strength drills, and fitness focused drills.
Some topics she'll cover in this workshop series that she did not cover last time are comprehensive toe-hooking and heel-hooking practices.
After you enroll in the recorded workshop and course, you'll receive an email with details about how to access everything. You will not be required to be near a climbing wall during it.
