A 5-Week Course to Help You Break into Climbing 5.11
Starts January 16th
This is a 5-week journey with Coach Alex Stiger to help you break into and regularly send 5.11's. If you are a 5.10 climber (or below), this course will give you everything you need to improve your technique, tactics, and strength.
- Alex will teach you movement principles that you can apply to every climb you get on.
- She'll teach you how to strength train at an appropriate level for your climbing abilities.
- She'll teach you skills and drills you can implement in your climbing sessions and projects.
- And she'll be available to you as your coach through the entire month.
5 Zoom Calls
There will be 4 live Zoom calls--one per week--going over all the information. Those will all be recorded and placed in your online portal.
There is also 1 dedicated Q&A session at the end.
This is a deep-dive learning experience with Coach Alex Stiger. There will be four 90-minute calls covering different important topics that will help you break through to climbing 5.11.
In these calls you can expect a blend of skill building, technique improvement, strength training suggestions, climbing drills, projecting tactics, and mindset practice, presented to you in the form of presentations, videos, and Alex's personal experience with her clients and her own climbing.

Bonus Coaching Call with Participant
Alex will do a coaching call with a participant to help them assess their climbing and figure out how to work on their weaknesses, what movement patterns they can change, and how to improve their climbing mindset. This will be available in your online course.
Continuous Support from Alex and the Group
You'll be invited to join a Slack channel (group chat) where you can ask Alex any questions you have, get advice from the other participants, and submit videos of you climbing for Alex to analyze.
You'll get camaraderie and personal coaching from the Slack channel, but even if you don't want to participate in the group, you'll be able to learn from other people's questions that Alex answers throughout.
All calls will be recorded so you do not have to attend them live if you can't fit it into your schedule.
